Information collected and processed
The site stores information a person chooses to submit through the contact form. It also temporarily processes text or audio sent to the EstrategIA Assistant and technical security counters. The preliminary assessment can be completed without providing personal information.
Purpose
Information is used to respond to inquiries and prepare requested next steps. Messages sent to the EstrategIA Assistant are processed in real time to generate an answer and must not include personal, confidential, sensitive or unauthorized third-party information.
Assistant processing
When artificial intelligence is active, conversation text or audio submitted for transcription is sent to OpenAI as a technical provider solely to generate the answer. Response requests are configured not to store the response as conversational state. The provider may retain limited technical logs under its applicable policies.
Retention and security
We aim to minimize stored data and apply reasonable controls. To prevent abuse, the site keeps temporary counters protected with a cryptographic key and deletes expired records. Final retention periods for contact inquiries will be established in the reviewed legal policy.
